I'd come back here next time we stay in Melbourne. Location is great close by everywhere. The view from the room isn't pleasant, but staying is no problem!
I stay here often, lovely staff, great location, well priced for the amenities it has with full sized bathroom, washing machine, kitchen equipment ect. Wifi is good, the rooms always have a great view. I enjoy my stay here all the time.
DO NOT stay here. Absolutely horrible manager, false advertisement of room, and refused to give us a refund after we booked superior room and then got a completely different room. The staff agreed to give us a 50% refund but the manager went back on his word and refused our refund. Instead he makes his staff pay the refund out of their own pocket. Horrible horrible horrible. Also the cups were dirty in the room and the heater was broken and made loud noises all night long I feel sorry for the staff who work here. Definitely ... read more
