Very experienced and extremely friendly guys! I would highly recommend for any plumbing needs you have. We had a few jobs to get done in our house and they were extremely professional and so helpful.
All I can say is Wow. Jonathan did what I call tune up on my Tankless Eater Heater. The reason I gave him a five is the fact that he was very professional !! Jonathan thoroughly explained what he was gonna do. I trust Jonathan and I have now found my plumber for any other jobs I need done.
Platinum Choice Plumbing was referred to us by a friend a couple of years ago. Jonathan and his team have been outstanding for us. They are polite, punctual, consistent, fair, and transparent. There have been multiple instances of Platinum Choice Plumbing going above and beyond the call of duty to get something fixed for us. They are certainly a company that we can rely on and we will continue to use them for our plumbing needs for years to come. We would totally recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.
Responded to after hours water leak call and was at the home the next morning to identify and resolve the leak. Water restored within two business hours. Also provided great insight into whole home shutoff valves that can help to mitigate future water leaks.
We purchased a sink and faucet and needed someone to install this for us. Looking at reviews, we decided to call Platinum Choice Plumbing. They came to the house, and were very polite and friendly. They gave us a reasonable estimate, so we decided to go with them. The day of installation, they came to the house with blanket and tools in hand. They laid the blanket down, and got to work.
