I bought a car from Platinum Cars, and when it came time to trade it in, I discovered the vehicle had odometer tampering — it had been rolled back by 40,000 kms. To make matters worse, I later found out the dealership had shut down. When I managed to speak with the owner, I was told that nothing could be done. This was extremely disappointing and dishonest. Buyers beware.
It is unfortunate that they are closed for good or temporarily. When I did visit them in Jan of 2024 I was like Kid in a candy store! Thats the experience for a 55 + man. The dealership is in top echelons of all of Canada. Its revealed by very high ceilings, lots of glass, and the race tracks on the walls. Don't miss the Time capsule seats in front of Shaun's desk. Good Place, Good Cars with fair prices. I got my Mercedes S550 from Platinum Cars this June and got an excellent, friendly service. Shahin Rad, the Sales Manager is very professional and at the same time is a kind and a respectful gentleman.
