The owner was great to work with and made the whole carpet cleaning process easy. He was on time, detailed, dependable, honest, and very fair with pricing. After seeing the excellent results at my warehouse, I also scheduled carpet cleaning for my apartment. The warehouse carpets and VCT floors were in very rough shape, with heavy traffic soil, dull areas, and stains that had been there a long time. We had a great experience with Platinum Carpet Cleaners. We got a few estimates from other carpet cleaning companies, but this team gave us a much better price and finished the job for less than half of what others quoted. We scheduled cleaning for 3 bedrooms, a loft, and a large master bedroom, and the results were excellent. I honestly thought I would need to replace the carpet because it was in such rough shape from the previous tenant. The floors looked badly stained and worn, and I did not even want to sit on them anymore. After the carpet cleaning service, the carpet looks fresh, clean, and beautiful again. My management company suggested this carpet cleaning service, and the work was excellent. I thought the price would be much higher, but Anthony and Earl were honest, careful, and easy to work with. They cleaned 3 bedrooms, a large closet, the TV room, and dining area, along with 4 swivel chairs. Everything came out looking fresh and clean, especially 2 yellow chairs that had gone through heavy rental use without being cleaned. I had the pleasure of having Collin handle my carpet cleaning service. He arrived on time, clearly explained the cleaning products and process, and was very professional from start to finish. It did not take him long to clean the entire downstairs and the stairs, and he did an excellent job.
