I called to ask for a quote. I told them I would call them back and let them know. They’re not in the United States. They’re overseas. They texted me three times and called me four times within an hour and basically harassed me.

Nolan arrived right on time, checked out the problem areas, and explained the process clearly. He started by testing a custom dye mixture on one of the spots and asked me to let it dry overnight.
