My family and myself have been patients of Dr Rivera for over ten years and can’t say enough good about this practice. From the front desk Melanie, to Dawn (our favorite hygienist) to Dr Rivera and Dr Romo. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. This isn’t your average dentist, this dental practice is wonderful!
The staff is so professional and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable at all times. The assistants and hygenists are very knowledgeable and are happy to provide helpful tips for dental health. Dr. Romo makes patients feel at ease, explains conditions, procedures and options. He greets his patients with a smile and is genuineally caring.
Dr. Rivera is truly the best dentist in Albuquerque! He is professional, personal and caring. The dental work he does is always perfect. His staff is positive and cheerful! Dawn is a thorough and gentle hygienist. And Melanie is cheerful and accommodating! We love Platinum Care Dentsl!
