Very disappointed. Told them I just wanted the oil change and they tried to tell me the transmission fluid needed to be changed - it had just been done about 10,000 miles ago and shouldn't be done very often. Claimed they would report it to Car Max. That's when I left!
They offer a $20 oil change which is a nice promotion. However, they will always find thingz wrong with your engine to try and get you to pay to fix the problems. When I went in recently I was told that I desperately needed a new serpentine belt. I had a friend who knows quite a bit about cars check my belt and he said it was practically brand new.
