Horrible - A simple oil change ended up costing me more than $500. 2 weeks after my oil change, noticed fluid on my garage floor. Took car to Audi where they told me whoever changed the oil did a poor job, used an incorrect plug, and the minimal oil remaining looked much older than 2 weeks. They refused to pay for damages and refused to share the owner's name. Kept telling me how experienced they are and that I should have brought the car back to them, (as if...) Avoid these guys - they don't stand behind their work.

I believe I experience dishonesty from this place and I have been a loyal customer for years, sad. I have been going to this place to have my car detailed for years (when the price was $69.99 for detailing currently $89.99) and may have the car detailed every 6 or 8 months. Usually they find my credit cards that may have fallen under the seat and place them in a bag (and they usually just say they put items without saying details in the bags and the bags are placed neatly in the trunk). I had my car serviced at the lube center Wilson was honest and very helpful. I would defintely bring my cars back to them. Thanks!
