I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at this car wash. I brought my car in for a simple wash, only to discover that my paddle shifters were broken during the process. Worse experience I had they didn’t clean My car good and i had water marks everywhere on the car inside & outside I paid $100 for no reason waste of money and when I said something the guy got angry and swore at me don’t go there if you want your money worth unless use don’t mind wasting money go there Big big disappointment

I am so very disappointed with this business poor quality of work and customer service. I brought my car in for an inside and outside clean today only to pick up my car with visibly ruined tint flaked off in the back windows which they tried to blame it on the age of the tint. Regardless of the age of tint my car tint was definitely not in the same state as when I ENTRUSTED them with my car.
