My daughter bought a BMW from Platinum and it’s been a disaster from day one. The car developed serious faults within an hour of driving off and the dealership has done nothing but give me the runaround. Despite multiple visits and promises, the issues were never fixed. Their customer service is terrible, and it’s clear they care more about sales than honesty or support. I wish I could give them zero stars. We are in the process of legal action. Avoid this place – they sold us a faulty car and took no responsibility.
