Absolutely incredible experience shopping for my dress, receiving it, getting alterations, & dress preservation service!!!! The owner, Monica, is an absolute sweetheart with an inspiring business story. Everyone here was incredibly accommodating to my unpredictable schedule- I lived abroad while trying to do everything and they made it as smooth as possible. High-quality service, dresses, and fabulous people. The lady who does alterations, Natasha, is also an absolute joy and did a PERFECT job. Truly so talented.

I discovered Platinum Bridal when one of my close friends was getting married five years ago. I loved how they handled her appointment and was mentally booking them for whenever it would be my turn. Now it’s time! I was excited to check this place out and look for my dress. The first visit we had was to try on everything. Tori worked with me and she is such a sweetheart! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Platinum Bridal, especially Tori! From the beginning, Tori truly listened to what I had envisioned for my wedding dress. She pulled so many beautiful dresses that fit my ideas, and one by one, she helped me narrow everything down until we had a much clearer vision of what I loved. Then she found the dress. I cannot even begin to describe to you how wonderful my experience at Platinum was. All of the ladies that helped me, through all the different stages, were so kind, so knowledgeable, so uplifting, and just absolutely wonderful women.
