The whole staff was very friendly! The place is very clean and elegant. I worked with Tori and she was a super star! It was my first dress shopping experience and she walked me through everything with ease. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable!

This was my first visit of 5 over the weekend. I tried this one on and knew it was my dress right away. I still went to my other 4 appointments but nothing compared to this dress and no place made me feel so relaxed! I felt like a lot of places had intense energy but not at platinum bridal. They are so king and give you great 1:1 attention. There’s maybe like one other bride trying on dresses at the same time as you so it’s nice and quiet. I’m telling all my engaged friends to go to platinum bridal!!!
I absolutely love this place and not just because I said "yes to the dress" here. Owner Tori is so incredibly knowledgeable - her description of fabrics, how they fit with different body types and the industry in general was so impressive- just trying on dresses with her was a masterclass in styling and fashion. Platinum Bridal had not only a WONDERFUL selection but impeccable staff. My sister got her wedding dress from Platinum in 2020 and I was so grateful to purchase my dress from Platinum this year! The new location is stunning and the show room is amazing!! Highly recommend going to Platinum to find the wedding dress of your dreams!
