Best women’s fitness centre ever! Motivational, encouraging, empowering. Great for mums and space for the kids to play. Always love the workout classes, online and in the studio. Dance class and yoga too! Come try, you won’t regret it
The most amazing small business and inclusive space for women's fitness. Contrary to what I thought, it is never too late to start change. I usually don’t like protein powered drinks, but I actually LOVE the Salted Caramel one. It’s smooth and creamy even when made with water! Not chalky and clumpy and thick. Highly recommend 💪💪
