There are not enough stars to express my satisfaction and appreciation to Platinum Benefit. They are truly the best. Jenna went above and beyond to help me obtain Medicaid for both my parents. She answered every question (and there were many) with promptness and care. Tony was so kind and compassionate during the initial consultation. Michael Johnson, who is the lawyer they referred me to, was also first rate. The Medicaid process can be very overwhelming. I would highly recommend Platinum Benefit because they care.

The process was so overwhelming for me as both my parents have Dementia, but she promptly answered every question and guided me through the process. Tony was so kind and compassionate.
