WORST SALON EVER!! I had one of the worst salon experiences of my life here. I was serviced by Katrina. Not only did she completely ruin my hair, but the entire visit was unprofessional from start to finish. The stylist clearly did not know what he was doing, ignored what I asked for, and left my hair damaged and uneven. When I tried to voice my concerns, I was brushed off and treated with an attitude instead of being offered a solution. On top of that, the salon itself was filthy.
