I have extensive breakage to my hair after having my hair over processed by Katrina. I did not notice the breakage because I’m visually impaired. I noticed it after my hair grew out and I could see it. I have long hair. The breakage is in the neck line. I messaged her to do the right thing. I spent $360 including tip and time. .
