Timberli and her assistant at Platinum Beauty Bar did an amazing job with my wedding hair, as well as styling for our moms and all of the bridesmaids. Everyone looked gorgeous! She was calm, kind, and professional, and my hair turned out exactly how I envisioned—elegant, secure, and natural. I’m so thankful to have had her there on such a special day!

I've had a different haircut both times by two different stylists and I absolutely loved my cut both times! The ladies there are very professional yet warm and relatable; they know what they're doing with natural talent and they listen!

Update: The salon owner contacted me and was willing to make the mistake right. She was very polite and professional about it. I don't believe the girl who did my hair meant to mess it up at all and maybe just needs a bit more experience! The salon was very easy to work with. The salon was clean and bright and the atmosphere was nice. However I have been crying on my bed for the last hour because I hate my hair. I went in with reference picture that was agreed upon.
