I have visited this place numerous times over the past decade. I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am, which was meant to be at 10:30, but I called at 9:30 to cancel and ended up being charged a cancellation fee. There were 6 other available slots that day that I could have chosen from. I was informed that I had taken a time slot that could have been offered to another customer, despite the availability of those 6 other openings. First things first: if youve never been here, the first photos that come up on the business page are of the old location off of 28. Though the old sign remains, that is not the current location. Make sure you put the location address (which is clearly posted on the booking website) in your gps, and dont go off photos and just assume you know where it is (like I did 😂).
