If I could zero stars I would. These people are liars. They did not offer us anything after calling about missing items, except "come swap car!" NO, THAT IS NOT ISSUE. Car should of been roadworthy when sold! No spare tyre, no locks for canopy. Battery died after 2 months and now no lock nut to change spare tyre! Stuck in middle of nowhere because of an incompetent car dealer can't leave basic needed items in car! Reporting to consumer affairs! Rude service we asked about a car in which they said is available, we drove up 30 minutes from SOR confirming we can come and view as we got there they did not call or email us to say car is sold. When we arrived and ask all he said was it’s sold. Waste of time could have had the decency to call us to inform us. It’s not like they were busy

Give zero stars if i could! Rude and unprofessional. Not impressed at all. Paid $27,000 for a Ford Ranger with no keys to lock the canopy! $300 there for new keys and here's a good one. NO SPARE TYRE! Refused to help. "You own car, your problem", was their answer! Disgusted in this unprofessional company! Go somewhere else. They sell lemons.
