This was my first experience with having auto body repairs and it could not have gone better. My brand new car was damaged on the rear bumper and back panels when another car rolled into it at the carwash. It was subtle damage, but there was quite a bit of of it. I picked it up after about a week, and I'm happy to say that it looks amazing--just like the day I got it! I had my vehicle repaired at Platinum. They were great! They solved any issue that the accident I was in caused my car. I originally brought the car to where the insurance company suggested, Gerber Collision, and they did a very poor job and missed so much that was wrong with the car.
Been there twice in the past couple of months. My 2015 Jeep GC hit a deer and totaled it. Platinum was really great throughout that process. Communication, service and availability. I bought a new 2025 Jeep GC and it only took 3 days to get a deep scratch on it. I brought it in and they did an amazing job. Cannot even tell. They do great work but I also hope I don’t need to see them again anytime soon.
