Exelent team and great job.
Can’t knock the back shop as they did excellent work. But the front office could use some help. 3-4 days estimate became 8 days. Communication was poor. Front desk girl mumbled an insult under her breath when she didn’t realize I was on speaker phone with the rental car company. 4 stars!

We've had multiple opportunities to have our cars repaired at Platinum Autobody of Volo (for the record, not due to our driving skills ). Whether going through insurance or paying out of pocket, you will get the same excellent service and your will look like new, guaranteed!
