We've had multiple opportunities to have our cars repaired at Platinum Autobody of Volo (for the record, not due to our driving skills ). Whether going through insurance or paying out of pocket, you will get the same excellent service and your will look like new, guaranteed! We want to give a special shout out to Rob for helping us through navigating the repairs, keeping insurance informed and handling everything!
From the minute I stepped into the shop in Volo, I was taken care of like a King ! They took photos of my car and insured to me that all will be taken care of. They made arrangements with Enterprise for my rental car and Enterprise even dropped off my rental for me. I did not have any luck at any other place I brought my car. There was absolutely no hassle here. Brought my car in one day, filled out easy paperwork, they took pictures, made an appointment for my next available day and I brought it in and they took care of everything within only a few hours!
