The personnel is incredible at Platinum Auto body. They keep you informed every 3 days as to the status of the repair
Exelent team and great job.
Can’t knock the back shop as they did excellent work. But the front office could use some help. 3-4 days estimate became 8 days. Communication was poor. Front desk girl mumbled an insult under her breath when she didn’t realize I was on speaker phone with the rental car company. 4 stars!
