Absolutely delighted with the fantastic service that I received at Platinum Auto Body in ST. CATHARINES. My husband and I both spoke to several staff, and were so pleased with the polite and friendly way we were treated by everyone. My car, a 2013 Volkswagen, EOS suffered a bit of a scrape (backing into my own garage; yikes) on one of the back bumpers. Now, all has been restored, and looks absolutely perfect again. Brought my 2010 Sierra work truck with front bumper damage. Looks brand new and platinum made sure to return the truck to me with a full detail in and out and also beat their original quote by a few hundred dollars, great work, honest pricing and an amazing shop. Thanks guys !
Just picked up my car, and it looks great! This experience, although related to an accident, was so pleasant at Platinum. Liz, their administrator, was so friendly and helpful from the minute I stepped in the door. This level of service is not seen often, in my experience. She answered questions, and gave me good information, as I do not deal with car repairs/rental cars a lot. The work is beautiful, and the car was much cleaner than when I dropped it off! I cannot say enough good things about the staff and work done at Platinum Auto Body. From the front desk, Liz, to the body technicians, specifically Gary, I left there feeling like they cared about my family and my car. Liz had arranged a rental for me and saw to it that I was picked up by the rental car people in a timely fashion. My car came out of the shop a week later, looking better than brand new!
