I spent $12 and proceeded into the car wash as directed, the car wash “pre soaked” the front of my car for 10-15 mins and stopped. It just kept doing it over and over, never going to the middle/rear of my car or switching to wash. I had to back out and pay again elsewhere.

Stppped in for a quick DIY wash with high pressure soap and rinse to clear the salt from my vehicle. Everything worked properly. However, the foaming brush appeared to be frozen due to the unusually cold temperatures. I didn't plan to use it anyway.

I went into the self serve portion and used cash (there is a change machine to use for quarters), so I can’t speak regarding the credit card problems people have had… That being said, I went in to wash my motorcycle. Cost is $2.50 for I think 3 mins. I spent $5 total and completely washed my bike. Did a decent job and seemed like an okay place to go again. The place seemed relatively clean, except maybe the trash cans at the vacuum areas needing changed but not excessive. People fill those up quick.

They say that the auto car wash is “easy to use” but I swiped my card SIX times and it didn’t work so I think that it’s not very useful to have that machine.

Tried paying with my card, multiple times. Kept getting declined when I have more than enough money in my bank account with nothing in it.
