I have used Platinum for over 15 years on multiple cars. I have always been impressed with the honesty from the owner Chris and his associate Brandon. They always call me with an estimate prior to starting the work and the price has never gone up after the work was finished. I have never had any problems with any work that has been done. I had an estimate from Honda to fix my sliding door for $2000, Chris was able to get a factory part and fix it for only $600! The waiting room is very nice which is a nice surprise. FYI: PLATINUM AUTO SERVICE IN LAKE IN THE HILLS IS A RIPOFF, DONT TRUST THEIR ESTIMATE FOR REPAIRS AS YOUR END BILL WILL BE TRIPLE. THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK....why would i bring the car back to the place that screwed me the first time. makes no sense, and then you insinuate im a liar, even more damaging than poor workmanship. to lose customers over 100.00, your not that smart a business man. the other shop offered to give me the old parts but i see no point when i decided i was done with you. not to mention the prob... read more

The Platinum team is Honest, dependable, courteous, and clean. I have been going to Platinium since they opened their doors. Its close to home and affordable. Never had a bad experience!
