“By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a used car dealership. Dishonest, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of treating customers fairly, they use intimidation and threats when concerns are raised. I would not trust anything they say without independent verification. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.”

Beware of dishonesty. I had a bad experience at Platinum Auto Sales and would not recommend buying from here. I was not even greeted within the first five minutes of being there, and when I was finally helped, the salesperson was unprofessional and not knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. He could not answer basic questions about the car’s history or condition and seemed more focused on making a quick sale than actually helping.
