Very friendly and helpful people. They got me in right away and had my vehicle ready the next morning. They also used the part that I provided. Estimated was reasonable and spot on.
Older car with a rattling / clicking noise from the tensioner. Had it replaced once years before and the only solution back then was OEM parts that aren't made anymore. Platinum worked with me to find a solution with aftermarket parts that worked. Car sounds like new again. Always impressed with their great customer service and ability to tackle problems even when the solution isn't always straightforward or obvious. Appreciate them a lot.
