I towed my vehicle there and they stayed after hours on Friday to get it done before the weekend. Good communication and professional.

Came in with my old car that was acting up and Paul had his mechanics check it out but in the end advised me to not put any more money into it and did not even charge me for the inspection. Super nice and helpful guys!
Terrible workers. My friends car which I've worked on several times was dropped off here and it came back in limp mode with 2 engine lights and a drivetrain malfunction. They tried saying it was like that when it was dropped off but it was perfectly drivable just had a small coolant leak. After diagnosing the car myself (I'm not even a certified mechanic) it was throwing codes for misfire and fuel pump sensors. This was my first time doing business with Platinum. I was very impressed that they scheduled me for the next morning and then again with how quickly they accomplished the work. They had me out the door in time for my next appointment, I thought I was going to have to take a Lyft. I would also like to point out the friendly customer service from the entire staff. A rare find these days.
