Customer service is disappointing. My rear window was replaced twice (the first time it shattered) and the shattered glass was left in the door jam resulting in glass pieces falling out everytime I close the door. Also, after the 2nd installation, the rear defroster no longer works. The company told us that we missed the 14 day warranty and would not help us. Now I have glass in my rear door and the the defroster does not work. This is extremely dangerous while driving and now I have to pay extra money to repair the damaged ... read more

No company was as quick to respond & set up an appointment AND they were at the lowest price point! I originally set up my appointment for a chip in my windshield. My uncle had a few chips in his as well. My technician Noel was communicative & professional. He was able to fix both our windshields in under an hour! They look perfect! Thank you Noel!
