My experience at Platinum has been phenomenal. The staff is super friendly, understanding, and professional. They are very quick to get the work done and the price is very reasonable. They also have above average communication. I am new to the area and I couldn’t be happier that I have found a trustworthy, professional, and efficient mechanic. Thank you guys!
Good prices and they were very friendly. I blew a tire. I called, he had the used tire I needed and said you can come now. I only had to wait a few minutes and he got me right in without an appointment.
Went to get 4 new tires on my daughter's car this morning. They supposedly opened at 9 AM. After arriving at 8:55, I then waited 45 minutes and made multiple calls before being told no one would be there until 10 AM. I left and came back. I was told that they had an emergency call where a woman with children in her car was stranded on the interstate and they went to help her out. Hard to get mad about the delay after finding that out. The local tire store that attracts people from all over! Highly skilled, fast and 1/2 the price of anywhere else for puncture repairs and other fitting jobs. They spend time to fault find and fix it right, first time. Not the prettiest shop on Hwy 17, but the one where the work gets done. One star...i guess..Wanted to switch 4 tires to new rims..got a price of $40 on Thursday from a nice young man. Came back Friday 9:00 and owner (I guess) said $80. Guess she didn't need my $..offered $60. Guess they are busy enough to pass up cash $...although place was empty with no customers. Went to Payless Tires...did for $60. So do yourself a favor and pass this place up and drive to Atlantic Beach and go to Payless Tires!!!!
