We filed our taxes here for a few years now, but after the nonsense of this year we will no longer use this service. After being quoted $160 for taxes the previous years the price somehow increased to almost $600. When we were quoted it cost $250+ to cover the bank transfer that when we knew that there was a fraudulent quote. My husband has worked as a banker before, which we didn’t disclose, so we knew there was no way that there is a bank fee for $250+. They were just trying to get extra money. Been doing my taxes here for over 10years. Zulin is a great person that cares for his client. I would recommend them if you need any of their services. They will be honest and work hard for you.
Good customer service, but they increased their price too much. I think it is time to learn how to do taxes.
