Had a poor experience here on Feb 3rd. I arrived in the morning to finalize my membership after confirming via phone, but the front desk was unattended. Since the building requires a scan card for entry, I was stuck outside. I tried calling, but no one picked up. I waited over five minutes before giving up and leaving.

I’ve been coming to this gym consistently for the past year and a half, and it’s honestly become one of my favorite parts of my routine. The environment is really nice — clean, comfortable, and motivating — and the people are genuinely friendly, which makes a big difference. Huge shoutout to the reception team: they’re the best. Always welcoming, super friendly, and they greet you with a smiling face every time you walk in. I had a great experience at Platforme Gym. The staff and people there are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the environment really motivating. The gym is also very well equipped with everything you need for a good workout, and there’s plenty of space so it never feels crowded or uncomfortable. Overall, it’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to train. Highly recommend!
