Great staff, always polite n helpful but unfortunately worse coffee in the whole city. McD's has better coffee than Platform Tea. Frankly, even though they have a large variety of teas, those r not the best either. Also sometimes in the morning when u walk in, it smells like garlic, maybe they cook in the back or prep something w/garlic. It is not the most pleasant smell at that time of the day.
