I was really excited about this gym: It’s so rare to find workout classes geared toward strength. Unfortunately, the customer service does not match the $185 monthly price point at all. After 2 months of membership, they were never able to give me the ability to access the gym off-hours. I could only enter during class hours when it was unlocked, and they never were able to figure out how to give me a digital key. My wife and I have been traveling the last 2 years so this was our 8th gym and by far my favorite. The classes motivate you to come every day. Sav was an amazing coach that makes you feel like a friend from the first class. Everyone that I interacted with when i was there was super friendly and encouraging. I also noticed the most gains from this gym too so that was a huge bonus. 10/10 experience and cant wait to pop in for a noon class sometime in the future when were back in Denver!

Sav helped me work on some much needed form issues I had for quite some time. Being able to lift pain free has changed the game on my quality of life. I cannot thank Sav enough!

The prices are absurd for what you get. I think the people are great here, but I could never justify $150/month for only open gym when the equipment isn’t even all that nice compared to other gyms in the area.

10/2019 Great programming and coaches that understand more than your average trainer. The equipment is top of the line. When I attended, there was an on site infrared sauna.
