Food quality is very low. Tastes like everything had been frozen prior and there’s no seasoning on their food either. Very sad
The experience here was really disappointing. I initially said the service was lovely but dealing with management(who asked me to reach out to them) has been a horrible experience. The chicken was dry and had no flavour. It was really hard to eat. It was supposed to be grilled. But there was no taste of it being so. Anne was amazing! 5/5 for her service. Sadly disappointed with everything else.
Had buffet breakfast and dinner at the venue as well as Happy hour drinks. Food was lovely and the staff that were looking after us were absolutely fantastic. Catie, Gregor and Genesis were very friendly and super helpful . Definitely made our experience much better. Compared to other venues we've stayed at it was nice to have friendly staff
The food seems to be of really bad quality. Don’t think I’m going back there especially when it’s so so expensive ew
