Great welcoming, staff and the place were on point. Amenities are great as well. But I have some issues with the cashiers checks and over charges at the end that no one really explain it to me. Joey Romero, is very rude when I tried to ask about my bill.
We've lived in Building 1 at The Platform for over a month and are very happy with the the community here. Perfect location, super clean, excellent amenities, extremely friendly staff and great vibes all around. We especially love CJ and Mariah who are true gems and kind individuals. I know my pup loves his "Uncle CJ" who spoils him. We couldn't be happier with our choice to live here while our house is being renovated.
Posting here in hopes that this might get the attention of the building staff since repeated calls has done nothing. In building 4 one elevator is inoperable and one has been locked for moving all afternoon and evening, it’s now 8:30pm. As someone with disabilities, this is abhorrent. I am certainly not the only person in this building with mobility constraints or disabilities or is elderly. Absolutely beautiful luxury Apartments
Staying up to date as I am going on year 3 of living here. The leasing office remains frustrating. If they say parking is limited, it’s only because they are trying to push the reserved parking. And when someone moves out that had a reserved spot, they do not unblock it for others to use. Many spots haven’t been parked in for months. Elevators remain an issue. If an elevator is reserved, notify us. If an elevator is reported down, NOTIFY US. We pay way too much for this to continue to be happening. They know these are issues... read more
