I've been living here for over 3 years, and I can honestly say that CJ is one of the best parts about this community. His energy is unmatched. My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Platform apartments. We have been residents since early 2023 and are happy to call this residence home. In addition to the physical amenities the residence has to offer, the property staff are what really makes this a home. The concierge desk is always there for us. As a resident for more than three years, I can say the best part of living here is the responsive and dedicated staff, especially CJ. CJ is welcoming, considerate and goes the extra mile to ensure everyone feels at home and safe; he is one of my son's favorite people! Any concerns we [rarely] have are immediately addressed. CJ has been absolutely amazing since I moved in. He consistently goes above and beyond to help with anything I need, always with a positive attitude and genuine care. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and it really makes a difference - I knew as soon as I met him I was absolutely going to love it here. He immediately made you feel like family.
