Started out with great products & service but by my 22nd box, both the ingredients & the service were awful!! Last 2 fish orders had so many bones they were actually inedible since the fish was flaked into pasta. They did nothing. Last 2 meals had rotted herbs - mushy, discolored & thrown in the trash. Plated offered a $6 refund. With so many other meal delivery services available, I would never recommend Plated to anyone!!!

Purchased a month for my son and daughter-in-law for after they had their second baby. Their first box came a day late, short one meal and meat juice all over the box. Customer service could only credit the box. They have no alternative for missed deliveries. Can't overnight a new box, can't make up for the meals that were counted on for that week. They should have a plan for missed deliveries considering this might be their greatest challenge. So disappointed and what a terrible first impression. We won't renew with them.

The delivery service they use is awful! My box has been delivered late twice now with the contents opened and spoiled. They don't use USPS, Fed-Ex, UPS or a reputable company like that. It is delivered by a guy in an unmarked white minivan most of the time. A company with a reputation like Plated should definitely use a more reliable delivery service. For this reason I have cancelled my subscription and will be switching to a more reliable company.
