I rescued a neighborhood stray cat a couple of years ago. He’s a wonderful cat who is as old as I am these days. He’s a polydactyl, all grey who lived a hard life before he touched the sucker in me. I have had a couple of really bad experiences with local vets, the last resulting in the death of one of my cats. To say the least I was very scared to bring this old guy to any one. I took my 2 golden doodles to Dr. Dennison for 3 vaccinations in their new Rifle office. When I walked in they had glossy wood floors and my 10 year old dog was slipping and falling constantly. A vet tech walked by and told her to use her pads not her claws! I was told that my dogs needed to be seen by Dr Dennison because they were new patients which I agreed with. Dr. Dennison has gone above and beyond for my animals. I recommend him highly and frequently. The compassion and care exemplified within his practice is very evident.
