I'm not a fan of guys who upsell their jobs, especially to women. Called about a furnace problem, this guy doesn't know me, and he says he recommended replacing my furnace two years ago. Pretty fishy, this is before he even came in to see it. Their other guy took a look at a leaky kitchen sink of mine and tried to turn a $65 job into a $165 job.
