My experience at this job has been extremely frustrating due to several serious issues: Lack of Supplies: There is a critical shortage of essential supplies, including incontinence wipes and basic hygiene products such as soap and shampoo for clients. It is disheartening that we are expected to bring our own gloves if supplies run out, which puts both staff and clients at risk. Management has even instructed staff not to use gloves to conserve supplies and sometimes yells at employees for doing so during care tasks. This is ... read more
