(Work was on 2017 Ram 2500) Absolutely fantastic service! They replaced my transmission with a new reliable BD at a reasonable price and they stand behind the work they do, and it shows! I will continue to use them for any and all repairs I need.
Okay, let’s start with the Good. They worked on my 2014 LML that had a plethora of issues, one thing after another, all which were codes related to emission issues. After about $7700. It was almost fixed. The next culprit, the Turbo, I believe Mitch road tested and was certain that the vanes were sticking. I highly recommend this company for multiple reasons. First off they actually have customer service, which is getting harder to find these days. Second of all they do a great job for a reasonable price. dad taught me, "cool shit isn't cheap and cheap shit isn't cool". But long story short. Gary and the mechanics saved my family's annual dunes trip. My 21 GMC fuel system decided to quit working 1 week before our dunes trip. For our 2004 Dodge Ram diesel truck, Plateau Diesel Performance provided great customer service, and their expert technicians were able to quickly diagnose and fix what another shop couldn’t figure after 10 weeks in their shop! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE with Plateau Diesel Performance, Inc. in Enumclaw, WA. 👎🏼😡 I dropped my truck off on May 5, 2026, for transmission shifting issues with a new transmission they installed — which they’ve now had to replace a second time. They also had to redo the labor under warranty due to a severely leaking rear main seal, even after supposedly completing the job the second time.
