(Work was on 2017 Ram 2500) Absolutely fantastic service! They replaced my transmission with a new reliable BD at a reasonable price and they stand behind the work they do, and it shows! I will continue to use them for any and all repairs I need.
I am very knowledgeable about the powerstroke ford diesel. I have done my own cab off repairs on heads, turbos and fuel systems. I have a 6.4 2008 powerstroke that started missing after I filed up with a local diesel gas. I suspected it was a clogged injector and tried various cleaners with no sucess. I made an appointment with the diesel shop in emunclaw for diagnostics.just before I took it in, I put 2 qaurts of Hot Shoots cleaner in the tank with less that a 1/4 of gas. Okay, let’s start with the Good. They worked on my 2014 LML that had a plethora of issues, one thing after another, all which were codes related to emission issues. After about $7700. It was almost fixed. The next culprit, the Turbo, I believe Mitch road tested and was certain that the vanes were sticking. I highly recommend this company for multiple reasons. First off they actually have customer service, which is getting harder to find these days. Second of all they do a great job for a reasonable price. dad taught me, "cool shit isn't cheap and cheap shit isn't cool". But long story short. Gary and the mechanics saved my family's annual dunes trip. My 21 GMC fuel system decided to quit working 1 week before our dunes trip.
