I work out here a couple times a week, and Nolan goes out of his way to make sure my workout gets tailored to my constantly hurting back. I feel better after I leave than before I got there. I’m glad he’s expanding and making this an all encompassing gym. You can’t go wrong with the workouts here and you can’t go wrong with hiring Nolan as a personal trainer. Now if he would just name the room upstairs “The Garage”, folks could go there to do Karate in the garage.
Francisco and Vanessa are the best! I burned 800 calories in an hour on a ride with Francisco! What a great family that help others reach their goals.
