Great short and effective full body workout. So nice to stretch on vibrating plate too!
Great classes! The studio space is nice and the staff/community is so friendly. I really appreciate all the different time options for classes and the shorter class length -- this makes it much easier to attend consistently! It can be hard to motivate myself to lift weights at the gym, but these strength classes on the vibrating plates keeps things interesting.
I am just getting back into movement and exercise, and I have a lot of aches and pains. I love Plate Strength for being approachable (I can do anything for just 30 minutes), and for being supportive. Even more, I enjoy leaving without any additional aches and pains. In fact, my body feels better when I leave than when I walked in.
I absolutely love Plate Strength! The instructors are amazing and the energy in every class is so uplifting. I highly recommend trying a class.. you might just get hooked!
Wow, what a fun and effective workout! I tried this studio out with the intro week and loved it! I tried several different classes--Strong Strength, Barre, mobility and arms/abs, and they all were wonderful! I was very impressed with how unique each class was and what a great workout they all are. The classes go by fast! And I enjoy staying a bit longer to stretch. Nice community too, everyone is very friendly!! So glad I found Plate Strength.
