Plate Strength is the most incredible studio! Power Plate is the best workout I’ve found in my many years of being a dedicated fitness enthusiasts, and it happens to be the only studio in Denver where it’s offered. Power Plate sessions cover all the bases: increased anaerobic performance, mobility, serotonin production, lymphatic circulation, and it is always a fun time as well. 30 mins is equivalent to an hour of conventional training on the floor! Wow! Wonderful restorative workouts at Plate Strength. I’ve done the Mobility & Restore class 3 times and leave feeling super strong and energized. The vibes are amazing for joint health and overall energy buzz. Very cool technology and a great way to challenge your body whilst also caring for it.
