Plate strength is a great workout and I love how quick and efficient it is! Makes it easy to squeeze in a class even for someone with a busy schedule. I also love how friendly the staff is!
I love the vibe of this place, pun intended 😜 instructors know you by name and really care that you both enjoy and get something out of the workout - I am so lucky they are on the way home from work for me!! I love that I get to stop by decompress for 30 minutes while getting an amazing workout - i feel energized and in a great mood when I get home!!
What a perfect space! It’s so easy to pop in and out of and move on with your day…..30 minutes goes by SO fast. The teachers are really nice and the environment is non-competitive and supportive. I feel great during the workout and the next day.
I absolutely love this studio. I had been wanting to try their classes for awhile, as it looked like such a unique and different workout. That turned out to be 100 percent true! The plate took a few minutes to get used to but now I'm obsessed. I've taken Barre and Fusion classes, and Maggie and Wesley are incredible instructors.
