10/10 across the board David went above and beyond for us and provided us with a type of customer service that is non-existent these days. I shot off emails on a Sunday afternoon simply trying to get things in order for the coming week. Within 2 hours I had a response from David and he answered all the questions we had. I had a broken piece of plexiglass in a very tricky shape for the bottom of a light fixture. David was able to ge the shape from the broken pieces then cut a new piece which fit perfectly. I highly recommend Plastifab.

I contacted David for a rush job on a wedding topper after the original got damaged a week before the wedding. He was professional, easy to work with and kind. On top of that he had a new topper faster than I could have hoped for and the quality was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this business, if you need any service they offer do not look any further.
