The Plastics Group of America manufactures, compounds, recycles and distributes a complete line of thermoplastics to meet the needs of molding, extrusion and blow molding processors. The company s Polifil line of reinforced resins utilizes additives and agents, such as mineral, talc, calcium, mica, glass and barium for applications in the automotive, medical, appliance, toy, hardware and furniture industries. TPG is ISO 9001:2000 certified with production facilities in Woonsocket, R.I., and Blairsville, Ga., and distribution points throughout the continental United States. The company was founded in 1973 as Ralco Industries and has approximately 70 employees.

I think you promote an unsafe, unhealthy working environment for your employees in which you do nothing to change or even enforce what protection yoi do offer. You show your appreciation to the mayor, what about the everyday guy thats busting his ass to make your company what it is, where is there appreciation?
