I have a lot of bad experience with customer service. But this customer service was the worst of the worst, this woman Only care about getting my credit card information to charge me again she wasn't interested in helping me returning the item to get an exchange for a bigger size. Terrible. Website advertised a liner that "fits all Rubbermaid bins" but I received this squatty little bag size that is longer than it is deep. Useless for all but custom uses. I complained that they had not clearly marked on the site that it was an odd, not a standard, size to clarify the product. They refused to help me or to waive shipping costs. My initial order only partly came and it’s been 2 weeks and still my other half has not gotten to me yet.. I will find another company to purchase from .. bad first experience would not recommend..
