Amazing amazing amazing!! Never have I been so educated about lymphatic drainage before. Not even the doctors explained things to me the way Jessica did. I just had a baby 13 days ago and my swelling was insane! No preeclampsia or anything like that. I did have lymphedema in one leg prior to pregnancy. It takes 1-2 weeks after giving birth for the swelling to go down but I wanted extra help. I was tired of being swollen in my legs and thighs.
