Poor customer service from front office staff. At the surgery center, the receptionists sit behind glass windows. No sign to knock or bell. When you knocks on the glass, it’s then a good 10 minute wait before anyone acknowledges you. I find that incredibly disrespectful, especially considering you can hear them chitchatting.
