I have been seeing Madelyn Scruggs for all of my esthetician needs, and it has completely changed the health of my skin!!! I get compliments daily of my skin glowing and it’s thanks to Madelyn. I also am very picky about my eye brows, but she does them better than anyone else in the city! As a black girl I was a little worried about how my skin would react, but I recommend Madelyn to any and everyone no matter your skin type or race or age. She has changed my life!!!
I scheduled a consultation for surgery, because they wouldn't give me a price quote until I paid a non refundable deposit of 200$. When I called the office to gain more information they were able to give me a quote for surgery cost. Very much feel ripped off. You should be able to give a quote without taking my money. During my first consultation visit, Dr. Chandler listened to my goals, wants, and needs. He set realistic expectations and thoroughly explained each procedure in advance.
