I would never complain for they help others to obtain surgical procedures with support and encouragement with incredible surgeons
I had a tummy tuck performed by a resident and could not be happier! My surgeon, Dr Tang was absolutely phenomenal and wonderful to deal with. The process of scheduling with the clinic itself was kind of a nightmare but everyone I dealt with was so kind and professional. Every member of the office staff I encountered was wonderful as well.
DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT FOR AT LEAST 2.5 HOURS! BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT AND HAVE A RIDICULOUS WAIT. NURSE GET UR VITALS 30 MINS AFTER CHECK IN AND THEN YOU ARE CALLED TO BE PUT IN THE ROOM 1.5 HOURS AFTER. I WAITED FOR ELIZABETH TO COME IN THE ROOM FOR ANOTHER 45 MINS! IS THIS EVEN ALLOWED LEGALLY? WHATS THE POINT OF SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT AND COMING IN ON TIME?
Some dude in the office made a mistake and scheduled my wife's appointment for May 2024 instead of 2023. She took time off of work to make the appointment They made no effort to squeeze her in. Made her reschedule with no concessions..Extremely Aggravated
