I’ve been in treatment with Dr. Roh and the wonderful team for several months now, and my experience just keeps getting better and better. I can’t say enough great things about Jorge Lujan Hernandez MD, and his RN Jennifer Pierce. They were my providers when I had severe, extreme complications caused by another doctor. I have never gotten such phenomenal care. I was made to feel like a top priority by everybody in the office, ESP by the doctor and Jennifer. Went there to have a small procedure done due to a dog bite that I was traumatized from. The doctor and his assistant were wonderful.. .. the people who process the paperwork with the insurance company absolutely horrible service .. arguing with me whether I have an appointment or not when I knew I had one .. my insurance company called and she brushed them off.. a procedure that takes 20 minutes. I am now told will have to wait for 8 to 10 weeks Nobody answers the phone .. someone is supposed to be contacting me next week I... read more
