When I get to see the doctors they are nice however the staff that I have encountered on the phones have not been helpful at all. With as large as my co-pay is getting to see the doctor for 3 minutes sucks when I mostly have to deal with the people on the phone and waiting for months to get an appointment. Does not make me feel like my health is a priority
