I recently had revision/reconstruction surgery done by Dr. Culbertson from a mastectomy & reconstruction surgery performed 18 years ago. A plastic surgeon with whom I consulted at my prior health insurance told me that what I wanted was "too risky" and that I might "lose a breast" if he attempted it.
