I love Dr. Garcia! Always takes great care of his patients. My procedure went smoothly over 10 years ago and I am still one happy camper. Facility is clean staff is amazing! If I could give him 10 stars I would.
I absolutely love everyone and everything about Dr. Garcia, his staff and my treatment. They really go above and beyond and are always professional and polite even when im just ready to quit. Thank you Dr. G!!
Dr. Jan Garcia and his team are the most caring doctors office I’ve ever been too they all went out of there way and took time to actually get me seen by someone after everywhere else told me they couldn’t help me or that my injury was not that severe without them I would not have been able to see someone for over a month when I needed surgery within a week that was yesterday and today I’m having a consultation with a surgeon
Had a nasty encounter with Sylvia the office manager and Dr. Garcias assistant today. On the call i even told her to stop raising her voice and she stated that’s just how she talks. Trying to understand a billing issue on a consultation and procedure they recommend be billed through insurance and now I’m getting billed for a “free” consultation on a procedure I’m no longer doing. When it was their idea in the first place to go this route! It’s a shame the way she talk to patients…
100/10 would most definitely recommend! Me and my mom both use/used Dr. Garcia and love him! He’s very sweet and easy to understand and will explain the process to where you are able to understand. He also always makes sure that you as a woman/ patient are happy with any and all decisions made and makes sure to hear your thoughts and concerns and will you feel comfortable and confident.
