Old doctor who should retire, he's probably pushing 70! Had a simple procedure to remove two cysts, one being approximately no more than a quarter inch in diameter. The incision Dr Turley made was over an inch in length for this cyst. The stitching on the second cyst resulted in noticeably raised skin (think iphone cable) which has also healed in the same way - I've never seen stitching like this before.
