Dr Albert and his staff are amazing. I am 10 days post op and feeling great! The attention to detail by Dr. Albert and his staff is 10 stars. Serena in the office assisting the doctor is beyond amazing. My third procedure with Dr. Albert.
Wanted to share a great experience. Had the pleasure to come Unser the care of a GREAT (Best, Best Best) physician at this beautiful facility. The location is centralized. The ease of parking, could not have been better. It is the staff that stole my heart! There were kind receptionists at the front that care. Everyone treating you with a smile throughout the location and the office manager that is simply sublime. Wanted to say this with the kindest words, we were treated like family.
I was going to use Dr. Albert for plastic surgery because I had positive history with associate Dr. Becker his associate when he did fat grafting for breast reconstruction after cancer. But another doctor I saw just to have more consultations literally pushed me with salesmanship to do surgery with him and said should do a lip lift at last consultation when took me alone in office when I simply went in to pay. Office staff friendly and very knowledgeable about procedures and products. I was late to the Botox party and as a result had deep 11s that no provider was able to minimize. Until I saw Dr Albert! My lines virtually disappeared and he also corrected my brows which as a result of prior Botox treatments were raised too high. He’s a true artist.
Highly disappointed with this place. Strongly advise against visiting. Not worth even one star. Will never recommend.
